- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities: 3–5 business days
- Other cities/towns: 5–7 business days
- Remote locations: 7–10 business days
Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Prepaid Orders: ₹0 (Free Shipping)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹0(if applicable)

- You can use this link to track your package in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partners will make 3 delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability, the order may be canceled.

- We will assist in locating the package or provide a refund/replacement as per our policy.
