Return Refund and Exchange

At Radhika Artisan, your satisfaction is very important to us. We put love and care into every product we create, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our policy below for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges.


1. Return Policy

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The return request is raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-returnable items:

  • Products bought on sale, discount, or during clearance events.
  • Custom-stitched or altered items.
  • Accessories, innerwear, or free gifts.

To initiate a return, email or WhatsApp us at the contact details below with:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos/videos of the product
  • Reason for return

Once approved, you will be guided through the return process.


2. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • If the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • If the product is out of stock after payment.
  • If the order is canceled before dispatch.

Refund process:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (card, UPI, etc.) or via bank transfer for COD orders.
  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the issue was caused by us.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The product you received is defective, damaged, or not as ordered.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in original, unused condition with all tags intact.

Exchange guidelines:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of the requested item.
  • If the item is not available, we’ll offer an alternative product or issue store credit/refund.
  • You can exchange an item only once per order.

4. Important Notes

  • Products sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for safely packing return items to avoid damage during transit.
  • For any dispute or delay in courier pickup, we may request the customer to self-ship the product to our return address.
